Returns or exchanges of your fouta or candle can be made within 14 days after receipt of your order.

The return is at the customer’s risk and the return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense. Given the fragile nature of our products, they need to be returned in their original packaging and condition, new and unused. If the present conditions are not respected then Les Hachana will not be able to proceed to the refunding or exchange of the product(s) concerned.

To initiate a return procedure, please contact us through our online form. We will send a confirmation email upon receiving your return and a refund will be made within 14 days to your original payment method. In case of a request for an exchange, we will send the replacement upon receipt and control of the returned product.
